1. Introduction

Welcome to Capital Tree Funding ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our proprietary trading evaluation services and website located at capitaltreefunding.com (the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service.
You must be a legal resident of India with valid identification.
You must have a valid PAN card and bank account.
You must not be prohibited from trading in financial markets by any regulatory authority.

3. Evaluation Program

Our evaluation program consists of two phases designed to assess your trading skills:

Phase 1: Achieve a 10% profit target while respecting risk limits.
Phase 2: Achieve a 5% profit target to become a funded trader.
Both phases have a 5% daily loss limit and 10% maximum drawdown.
Minimum of 3 trading days required in each phase.

4. Challenge Fees

Challenge fees are one-time payments that cover both evaluation phases. Fees are non-refundable once you have placed a trade in your evaluation account. See our Refund Policy for full details on refund eligibility.

5. Trading Rules

All trading must be done through our provided trading platform.
Use of automated trading systems, bots, or algorithms is prohibited.
Copy trading from external signals is not permitted.
News trading is strictly prohibited. Opening, holding, or exiting positions during high-impact news events — including but not limited to RBI monetary policy, Union Budget, US FOMC statements, CPI / GDP releases, and any Reserve Bank or Ministry of Finance announcement — constitutes a breach of these Terms. When we detect news-trading activity: (a) the account is marked as BREACHED and further trading is blocked, (b) any profit from the news-window position(s) is excluded from your P&L, profit target, and payout calculations, and (c) any loss on those positions still counts against your daily-loss limit and maximum drawdown. Violations of this rule are not eligible for refund.
Mandatory Stop Loss within 60 seconds. Every open position (futures and options) must have a valid Stop Loss placed within 60 seconds of opening — and within 60 seconds of any add-to-position. We enforce a 3-strike ladder per trading account: the 1st violation triggers a warning notification on your dashboard, the 2nd a final warning, and the 3rd immediately marks the account as BREACHED, closes all open positions at market, and cancels all pending orders. Closing the position within 60 seconds is a valid exemption (a flat position has no risk). Admin-voided violations do not count toward the ladder. Breaches under this rule are not eligible for refund.
All trades must be executed with proper risk management.

6. Funded Trader Agreement

Upon successfully passing both evaluation phases, you will be offered a Funded Trader Agreement. This agreement will detail:

Profit sharing arrangements (up to 90%)
Payout schedules and minimum amounts
Ongoing performance requirements
Account scaling opportunities

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Exploiting system glitches or platform errors
Trading on multiple accounts simultaneously
Sharing account credentials with third parties
Manipulative trading practices
Any form of market manipulation

8. Disclaimer

Trading in derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Capital Tree Funding is not a SEBI registered entity. We provide a proprietary trading evaluation program where traders use simulated capital during evaluation and may trade with company capital upon successful completion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
