Phase 1 accounts with NO trades placed within 14 days of purchase

Not Eligible

Accounts where any trade has been placed, or Phase 2/Funded accounts

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 14 days of purchase
  • The account is in Phase 1 (initial evaluation)
  • No trades have been placed on the account
  • The account has not been breached or marked as failed

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Any trade has been executed on the account (even if immediately closed)
  • The account has advanced to Phase 2
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • The account was terminated due to rule violations
  • The user violated our Terms and Conditions

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@capitaltreefunding.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and account number
  3. State the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • A processing fee of ₹99 may be deducted for payment gateway charges
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Free Retry Policy

Special Offer

If you fail Phase 1 within the first 7 days due to market conditions (not rule violations), you may be eligible for a one-time free retry. Contact support to check eligibility.
